I have committed my career to helping women navigate the confusing, difficult endings of marriage.

“Coaching helps the client self-discover the impact of how they filter the information used in decision making and helps them explore other options or shift their perspective to consider other possible solutions.”

   Collaborative Family Law.

We all have a lot on our plate, even before divorce flips our worlds upside down. No one should carry that weight alone.

Armed with a detailed plan and resources to tackle your divorce in a healthy and mindful way, together we can work to rebuild your secure and fulfilling future. I aim to make this experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible for each client, so we can meet in-person or over the phone.

As your right-hand-woman in this process, I can guarantee that you will:

  1. Become better prepared to meet with attorneys and other divorce professionals.
  2. Learn to make more efficient decisions to help save time, money and unnecessary stress.
  3. Always have a compassionate listener and advisor at your side.

About Sharon Qualls | CDC Certified Divorce Coach®

Prior to launching my coaching practice in 2009, I founded and owned a small business, led a community-based nonprofit group serving women and children, facilitated healthy lifestyle education groups for naval personnel, and collaborated on the production of life-changing workshops and training events across the U.S. and Canada.

I have over 30 years of training in communications, listening, self-awareness, individual and group process, and organizational psychology. Both my work and personal life have been influenced by Eastern philosophy including mindfulness meditation, yoga, and nature-based psychology. I’ve learned how to improve human communication and relationships, primarily through Landmark Education and Human Design. I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach® with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with my local arts community, reading and studying human behavior, bicycling, the adventure of travel, the privilege of being a mother and grandmother, sharing my life and love with a wonderful man, and being in nature with the ocean and the trees.

I am grateful for the opportunity to coach and for my clients, who continually challenge me to learn and grow. I am constantly inspired by their courage and dedication to personal transformation, and am honored to be a part of their journey.
